hinged cover. The Video and USB cable are supplied with
the camera.

video output signal on the Coolpix 3100 can be set for

The
Coolpix 3100 provides approximately 80 minutes of battery life
with the LCD monitor on (with two Ni-MH rechargeable batteries,
under standard test conditions). With a single use CR-V3 lithium
battery, the camera provides even longer battery life- close to
150 minutes.
Adobe Photoshop Elements 2.0 software
The Nikon Coolpix
3100 comes supplied (in
Canada) with Adobe Photoshop Elements 2.0 software, an
excellent image editing program.
Nikon View 6 software
With the supplied Nikon View 6 software, users can browse uploaded
images in thumbnail format, enlarge them and obtain shooting information.
The software also allows users to adjust the color balance, change
the image size for e-mailing or Web posting, run a slide show
of selected images, make direct print-outs and eliminate red eye
with the touch of a button.
