Nikon Canada Inc. has today announced a special introductory
manufacturer's recommended retail price (MSRP) on Nikon D3 and D300 digital
SLR accessories and for the soon to be released new Nikkor lenses, including
the AF-S 14-24mm f/2.8G ED, AF-S 24-70mm f/2.8G ED-IF, AF-S VR 400mm f/2.8G
ED, AF-S 500mm VR f/4G ED and the AF-S 600mm VR f/4G ED.
The
AF-S Nikkor
14-24mm f/2.8G ED has an MSRP of $1999 CDN, and the AF-S 24-70mm f/2.8G
IF-ED will be priced at $1899 CDN. The new Nikkor AF-S super telephoto
lenses will
be available for:

Nikon Canada has also
provided pricing for the optional Nikon D300 Multi-power vertical release
grip MB-D10, and for the WT-4A wireless transmitter (fits D3 and D300).
The MB-D10 will sell for $289.95 and the WT-4A will be available for $939.95
Canadian.

- Nikon Canada Inc. has announced a special introductory
price on both the Nikon D3 FX format digital SLR and the Nikon DX format
D300 digital SLR camera.
The
Nikon D3 will be available for $5499 Canadian and the Nikon D300 digital
SLR will be $1999 Canadian under this special introductory MSRP offer.
Individual dealers are
free to set their own pricing. Note that Nikon Canada Inc. will only honour
warranties on Nikon cameras purchased from a Nikon Canada Authorized Dealer.
For
a limited time, Nikon Canada Inc. has reduced the price on some of their
existing Nikkor lenses, including a $50 savings on both the AF-S DX 17-55mm
f/2.8 IF-ED and the AF-S DX 12-24mm f/4G IF-ED zoom lenses, and a $200
reduction on both the AF-S 28-70mm f/2.8 IF-ED and the AF-S 17-35mm f/2.8
IF-ED Nikkor zoom lenses.
