Nikon D90 Digital SLR High ISO Sample Images


Nikon D90 with AF-S DX 18-105mm VR lens

We have just added a small sample image gallery of high ISO images taken with the Nikon D90 digital SLR and the Nikkor AF-S DX 18-105mm f/3.5-5.6G ED VR lens. The images were taken in JPEG Fine mode. Click on the image to see larger size.

Nikon D90 Sample Image # 1

Taken with the Nikon D90 Digital SLR with AF-S 18-105mm f/3.5-5.6G ED VR zoom lens.

The camera was set to 3200 ISO and the focal length of the lens was set at 75mm. Recorded exposure was 1/20 sec at f/5.6 in Aperture Priority mode. Standard Picture Control Processing.

Nikon D90 Sample Image # 2

Taken with the Nikon D90 Digital SLR with AF-S 18-105mm f/3.5-5.6G ED VR zoom lens.

ISO sensitivity on the D90 was set to 1600 ISO and the focal length of the lens was set at 105mm.

Recorded exposure was 1/200 sec at f/8 in Manual mode with -0.3 EV compensation. Standard Picture Control Processing.

White Balance set to Auto. High ISO noise reduction was set to normal in-camera.
