Nikon D40X digital SLR camera body has been reduced by $50 to a new
MSRP of $819.95 CDN.
The Nikon D40X digital SLR kit with the Nikon AF-S DX 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6G
ED zoom lens
has been reduced to $899 CDN. The
MSRP for the Nikon Coolpix P5000, the current 10 MP "flagship"
of the Coolpix series, is now $419 CDN.
The
sleek
and compact 7.1 MP Nikon Coolpix S500, which similar to the P5000 incorporates
Nikon's optical vibration reduction (VR) technology allowing for sharper
images in low light, is now priced at $299 CDN. The Wi-Fi transfer enabled
7.1 MP Nikon Coolpix S50c, featuring a large 3.0-inch LCD screen, is
now $379.95 CDN. Dealers are free to sell for less.
Nikon Canada has also reduced the price on some of their entry level
"Life" series Coolpix compact digital cameras. The
